Susan lived in NYC for 14 years before moving to Doylestown in 1992. In 1994, she and her spouse Sandy bought a Victorian home in the Historic District of Doylestown Borough, and Susan renovated it by herself.

Her paintings are owned in Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Washington DC, Delaware, California, Florida, and Connecticut.

Writing Experience

Susan has been published in the New York Times Sunday Magazine and New York Magazine. She also wrote a weekly column at the New York Native for 3 years.

American Poetry Anthology, 1986, published one of Susan’s poems, “He Becomes An Appendage Of The Machine”.

Education

  • BFA from Pratt Institute
  • Received full scholarship from Time Life Magazine
  • Studied one year with portrait painter Sharon Sprung
